Clean Room Engineering Construction Process

Finally, the supplier needs to provide a clean room maintenance manual, training materials and training records, spare parts list, the first cleaning test record, the owner completes the clean room usage log as an attachment to IQ.

After the clean room IQ report is approved, it indicates that the clean room system has been confirmed and the certificate can be put into use. This is also an important milestone in the project.

To ensure the cleanroom is working properly ,commissioning and testing will be done before the application for acceptance is qualified .

cleanroom testing can be done in three timings which are completed, in standby, and in operation. Not every test item needs to be tested at three points in time, but depending on its type and design needs.

Completion Test

It means that the clean room and all related support facilities have been completed and operational, but the production equipment and personnel have not entered the site.

Standby (Static) Test

It means that the clean room has been completed, the production equipment has been installed and is operational, but the personnel have not yet entered the site.

In Operation (Dynamic) Test

All cleanroom relevant support facilities and personnel have entered and are in normal operation.
